RETURN POLICY

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

You can request a return of the product(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. You may also contact us at cs@bavincis.com to arrange for reverse pickup.

In addition, the product returned should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Return will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. Also, note that we do not charge any additional handling fee for returns.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

  • Send A WhatsApp Message on Our WhatsApp Support 9909844000 raise a return/exchange request for your order
  • Submit the required details on WhatsApp
  • Follow the instructions given on WhatsApp
  • A confirmation message would be shared once the return request is approved 

NOTE: WE HAVE 1 SECURITY TAG ON OUR ALL PRODUCTS PLEAS DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG OTHERWISE REPLACEMENT OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED (SAME THING ALSO MENTIONED ON TAG) AND RETURNS / EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR USED PRODUCTS.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

For returns, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund/Replace/Exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Additionally, note that shipping/cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

In case of orders placed with a discount is returned, a refund to the bank account will will not be applicable. The amount will be refunded in the form of Coupon Code / Store Credit.

NOTE: REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE OF PROMOTIONAL OFFER AND EXCLUSIVE LAUNCHED SUNGLASSES AND SAME THING ALSO MENTIONED ON THAT SUNGLASSES DETAILS PAGE PLEASE CHECK IT CAREFULLY BEFORE BUY, ONLY REPLACE AND EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE FOR THAT TYPE.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BUY TWO GET ONE or any similar FREE PRODUCT deal are not eligible individually for return. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free item. 

In case of a return, all items (purchased and free product) need to be shipped back to us. The amount of the purchase would be refunded after the deduction of refund charges, in the form of store credit / Coupon Code. 

  

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY & PREPAID ORDERS

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner (Razorpay) would be sent on your registered E-mail ID & SMS or WhatsApp to your registered number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details for the refund to be initiated to your account.

Please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Our Suggestion is for all customer pleas take unboxing video before open the package for safety purpose due to some curiur company fraud issue
  • For Replacement/Exchange of any product only 1 time is possible after 1 times of Replacement/Exchange of any product that is not eligible for refund or replace 
  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail cs@bavincis.com with details of the product and its damage within 2 days of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  •  if you have received manufacturing defect product you need to inform you on immediate basis or within 7 days of policy after 7 days we can't accept any type defective product. 
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
  • If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
